Rooted Tonics began long before it had a name. Some of my happiest childhood memories were the simplest ones—being at my grandparent's, picking berries from the bush and peaches from the trees. There was something special about knowing where our food came from. In a world that can feel uncertain, plants have always felt like home. As I grew older, my relationship with my body became more complicated. Living with PCOS led me to seek a deeper understanding of nourishment and how to truly care for myself. Along that journey, my love for tea grew into something more meaningful—a way to slow down, listen to my body, and return to simpler nourishment. Then came motherhood, the greatest gift and a new responsibility to care for the little life God entrusted to me. As I study to become a CHHP, I continue to in love with herbs and their nourishment. Born from my love of tea, my journey, my faith, and a desire to return to what feels real. Sometimes, what we're searching for has been quietly calling us home.
